You've changed. Before, every step there was clear explanations that you could access easily. Not anymore. Your explanations are not clear or relevant to the step that you are on. Been with HRB for @ 18 years. Might be time to try turbo tax.

Did an okay job. Love the 5 federal submittals with purchase, but product doesn't do a good job explaining some of the more involved processes (ie IRA-Roth conversions).
Cons: Hard to prepare

I found it a little difficult when going through the itemization's. However, I also learned that I should just skip them after this year If you do not need to itemize, it's a great product. That is particularly true when trying to list donations, of which we do several.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
