First problem with software in over15 years

First time ever, my state taxes paid did not roll over to my state software. Very disappointed. Had to override which means I have to print and mail, not efile.

I switched to H&R Block Deluxe from Turbo Tax which I have used for many years because it was cheaper and I wanted to see if it was better than Turbo Tax. I find them both about the same. I have income from one state and live in another and H&R Block didn't necessarily explain the double taxation quite as well as Turbo Tax, so I feel like I guessed a bit on how much $ to leave out of the double taxation bucket. Then it questioned me that it was a large amount and I double guessed myself. So here's hoping my state tax return where I worked is correct!
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Only one problem

I had to file on paper instead of efile. I was unable to clear an issue. This is the first time I've had a problem. I will certainly purchase the software next year.
