Some problems with areas where questions are vague and the help is more vague. Example: This software would not let me e-file a state return, and the directions on how to make it work, didn't work. I also had difficulty understanding the mailing directions. But I figured it. I think.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

The H&R Block tax software is easy to use once you get the hang of it. I first used it in 2016. It was an adjustment after doing my taxes for years on paper. This is much easier. Every thing is checked and then checked again to make sure you haven't made any mistakes. I would recommend it.

This product can be very frustrating to use. Using the back button on a particular page often takes you back many pages, not just one. Saving files is also messy as there is no default folder where they are stored and can be found.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Software CD would not load onto my computer. However, using the provided code I was able to download very easily. The questions and software are easy to navigate. Once all the information was compiled the steps for filing were a no brainer.
Pros: Easy to prepare
