Program Is Not A Substitute For A Brain

Another year's taxes are in the can. The program is helpful but you have to be careful about what you do. Don't know why but I found some extra forms that I did not need. Probably my big, clumsy fingers hit the wrong key combo. Forms were deleted and I went on from there. Return has to be carefully reviewed.

Before they will efile they may require you to answer several questions to verify your identity. That’s fine, but they definitely should warn you in advance that it could happen. Very unnerving to have to reveal your SS# over the phone!!!
