We have used HR Block software for many years to do our taxes. We have been pleased with the process. We had one minor hiccup this year. There was an issue that needed to be corrected before we could e-file our taxes. The "button" took us to a form that caused the issue. The way to resolve the issue was not clear but there was a "delete the form" button. I deleted the form and we were then able to file our taxes. We would have liked a little more explanation about why this issue would have prevented us from e-filing.

Cons: Time consuming
