Did the Job

I thought the install was easy. Price not too bad. Basic tax stuff it seems to do marvelously on. Disappointed in the amount of "help" in reporting 1099-B info. Instead of guidance, it just says to ENTER the data which I'm unsure about what to enter.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have used Turbo Tax for the last 8 years. This year I couldn't open the Michigan State software. After over 20 hours trying to solve the problem, either by myself or with one of there "Specialists", I still got no resolve. I talked to them 10 times, was hung up on 5 times. Finally I had enough and got H&R Block. Downloaded the app, completed the filing, E-mailed both Federal & State in less then 45 minutes. THANKS
