Easy to use, lots of FAQ's and excellent support, easy to import data from previous years and upload of documents.

Actual software download, update and adding prior year data went fine.
Entry of my 2019 information went fine. But final steps were confusing.
During preparation, was not asked for refund instructions. I opened the form and entered my bank info. Then during the filing phase, Surprise! the refund instructions appeared, and I then reentered the bank info. REALLY !!

Steps you through all federal items. One error on the NJ state tax. Computes the option for property tax deduction or property tax credit for everyone. This is not available to homeowners who receive a homestead rebate.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I’ve been using H&R Block/Tax Cut for a very long time and it has been easy to use. From download to file, all very straight forward and I felt comfortable with the program and liked the audit tools.

There are still a few things like explaining a few basic details surrounding things like declaring a Net Operating Loss and how is must be carried forward every year without a break. and how it is calculated.
