It is truly idiot-proof...you don’t allow for failure, asking the same questions different ways to make the answers are correct! It was refreshing and I felt so confident doing my taxes with H&R Block

This years form did not match up to last years filed return. The software refers to line items in the Schedule A form, which did not appear to be in the same format or number scheme.
This made it very difficult to correct the 2 errors that were inputted into this years return by the program.
