Why I like H&R Block’s income tax software.

Block’s tax software is easy to use. I have used their tax software for several years. Since I had all my information collected ahead of time, I was able to complete the Federal Tax in a couple of hours. The State had to wait for the State to do their final updates to Block. Block did most of the work by transferring data from the Federal forms to the State forms automatically . It only took me an hour or so to have it finished. Excellent software. I could find answers to any of my questions in the help section.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I like this software because the controls stay the same even while the tax code changes. This make navigating the software easy even though I only use it once a year.

Overall very good. Takes time to reopen and edit , speed could be improved.: Items such as date of drivers license issuance took several minutes to navigate to the blank field.

My computer was Windows 7. Just kept putting updating off. After I got it updated to Windows 10, the tax program went smoothly. It was easy.
