Easy to use and install, imported all data from previous year (imports H&R and TurboTax).
Now requires an active internet connection to install (previous years the full install
was on the CD) but do not need to be connected to input your data (only to send the return).
I prefer software where can work offline and not have data floating around in the cloud. Navigation is simple and straight forward. Have used several products over 20+ years and H&R seems the easiest thus far and less expensive than the competition.

It is easy to use. It prompts you with questions along the way and allows you to click for more explanation if you aren’t sure. It even e-files for you and if you use it year to year, it will auto fill people, businesses, and numbers. The best part is that the emerald guarantee still applies, so I have someone to ask for help if the IRS does contact me for any reason.
