I have been using H&R Block Tax software for 15+ years. It has always been reliable, well organized, and clear about structuring my income tax returns. Both Fed and State.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents

I've been using H&R Block tax software for several years and have never had a problem. It's very user friendly and bug free. Any question I have is answered by a click or link to more information. I also appreciate having the guarantee of help should I ever have an IRS audit.

I have used H&R Block for at least the last 10 years. It made it very easy this year by picking up 1099-int information and other forms from previous years. I had to wait to file this year because one of the forms I needed was draft only and required updating.

It is hard to figure out what and how to correct items flagged before e filing or to figure out how to get to them. It is hard to tell what the program wants you to do. I just finally eliminated my auto deduction in frustration.
