It could be more user friendly if the "NEXT" and "Back" boxes were at the sane location on every page so that it would not be necessary to reposition the cursor after completing insertion of data on that page.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Okay for basic needs. Watch out on state version.

Program works okay for the basics but is not very thorough when it comes to how to handle college costs and use of a 529 plan. The state version was going to allow me to make a $78000 mistake on my state tax form. Fortunately something didn’t look right to me and I researched the issue on my own before submitting.

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
