Accurate and easy to use

The software works but does not provide necessary explanations. I attempted to work on the home energy credit for home insulation and it would not accept my entries and would not offer an explanation.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to follow steps for entering your personal information and income/deductions. Your federal information gets pulled into your state return to make completing your federal and state return very easy. Online submission of returns with email confirmation works very well.

Software did not allow me to print my return to have a copy. I was filing electronically but wanted a hare copy. Also, I could not see the worksheets that made up the schedules. Lastly, the check said I neede to fix several items but did not explain what was wrong.
Cons: Time consuming
