Software was OK

Software was OK. I am a former turbo-tax user. This is my second year with HR Block software. This year, software worked great....but it wouldn't accept the activation code I needed to file my taxes. The code was pre-entered by the software itself, but I had to get help to get a new code to transmit my taxers. This sort of thing shouldn't happen. Hopefully, HR Block will get it right next time.
