I have been using H&R Block Deluxe software for many years and have never been disappointed. When I didn't understand something, the help section was very helpful and beyond that if I needed help, I went to their local office and they were more than happy to give me assistance. I highly recommend it.

I enjoy using this software because it makes it easy to import from year to year and is generally easy to understand. I did have a problem this year with the royalties and rental section because it wasn't clear to me when they asked for mortgage interest information that it was only for rental housing. Other than that I have a very easy time using the software.

Easy to use, interview style questions, easy to jump to a specific area, good help materials when you have questions.Plus, the deluxe version still allows you to process stock dividends and stock sales unlike other popular tax preparation software deluxe versions which used to allow this.
