Like the program; easy to use except I have one problem. I file Fed. jointly and then have to file a NYS tax for just myself. I must be doing something wrong because I’m never able to electronically file my NYS tax. It always wants me to file the separate Fed. tax which I have separated out “married but filing separately”. That one never gets filed because I file my Fed. “Married and filing jointly”. I end up filing the joint Fed. electronically and my individual NYS by mail. No clue!
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

2019 version failed to properly complete a simple foreign tax credit for federal and NY state. Required manual generation of NY forms! That is unacceptable.
In addition many failures to connect to their servers to obtain / complete updates and final submissions! This is unacceptable!
I have used HR Block software for many many years. This will likely be my last!!!
