I am disappointed that I had to manually enter all my investment information. Quite a few of my investments are with well known companies so I feel they should have been an option. Another tax preparation service had no problems with inputting them for me.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

Super easy and quick! When you use H & R Block one year, it automatically imports data from the past year. They also send you notifications when it is accepted and when your refund arrives in your account. We have been using this for 5 years, and like it MUCH better than TurboTax
