Ive been using H&R Block software for years. The one issue that did come up was handled quickly with no serious problems arising.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Difficult to Use for State Return

I did not have issues with Federal Return but did with the State Return. Had to continually re-enter data fields. I do not have confidence in the accuracy of the data. I did not appreciate being charged additional fees for e-filing State Return.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
