Good software, but I wish you didn't have to pay extra to talk with a tax person if you have questions. Also wish that they were more environmentally friendly, they sent 2 cds as advertisement because I used them last year.

Good, not perfect. Needs better explanations when it covers an area of income alrady imported from a brokerage so there is no duplication.

Worst program I've every used. It wouldn't import directly from taxact, so I had to import the pdf return, and what info it did import half of it was wrong, same with importing the w2 pdf half was wrong or missing not only did it miss spell mine and my bosses names but got even the amounts and addresses wrong, some even the checks didn't catch. Would have been better to manually input everything and not even try to import.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
