Have used the H&R Block software for many years and have found it to be easy to input data, intuitive, and with many help prompts. Transferring from the Federal to the state return occurs automatically and placeholders from previous year's data reduces the likelihood of missing important entries. Many options available for filing, printing and/or storing returns adds to its flexibility.

I have been doing my taxes with H&R Block since 2017. It has been a really helpful tool every time. In 2019 I bought a house and the software was still easy to use and manage. Just download the version you need!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Been using HR Block software since it was known as TaxCut. Always straightforward and fairly easy to use - if you have all of your paperwork in hand before you start. I used TurboTax many years ago and found it to be cumbersome.

Very disappointed in the cost and charges for filing for multiple states having to buy extra state software 100% dissatisfied with lack of instructions and have to pay extra for tax pro help wouldn’t recommend and won’t use again
