I have used the hard-copy CD format for H&R Block Tax program for several years without issue. This was the first year I downloaded the program from the internet and I did not like it. It was confusing getting to the actual program due to the "overview page" and my inability, with great difficulty and frustration, of getting past it. Even now, after having completed and submitted my tax information, when I go back to check on the status I still have this initial overview page that continues to create difficulties getting out of it to move on to the rest of the program. I do eventually get past it, but that's after a lot of cursing and frustration. Why can't you just make it a simple click to get past the first overview page? If there is a simple click to do so, this action was not obvious. Test run your product with some old technological neanderthals and let the geeks leave the room and get a cup of coffee to see how the program actually works.

Cons: Time consuming
