I am extremely satisfied with my H&R Deluxe purchase.
Following the applicable captions in the forms made my experience in preparing my 2019 taxes very satisfying, and, fast. The fastest ever.

Where's the Shoebox?

I've loved using this software for 10+ years... until the Shoebox feature was removed this year! I used to input all my documents, and walk through the interview making sure everything made sense. This year I'm scrounging for the documents to input, and missing the 'does it make sense' time. I never looked at other tax software. We'll see what 2020 brings. Bring back the Shoebox!

when I entered my gambling winnings it totaled less then the amounts I entered
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
