The price is reasonable. The accuracy is better than the competition's.Saving and retrieving files could be improved to be simpler for neophytes. Estimated State tax payments should not have to be entered under "deductions" for taxpayers who do not itemize deductions. Changing entries directly on forms would be useful. Other improvements could be made to make the product more user friendly, but it is excellent once it is completely learned, sometimes by trial and error.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Was distributed before needed updates, a nightmare

im sick of the surprise charges. to say i need to pay more after i bought software to efile state is absurd nowadays. have it all be 1 price at the beginning. i will not recommend the product to friends. but to be fair the software will do your taxes fine.

How would I know if your software is "truly" good?? First, I was ready to file in mid-January 2020. Then, your software won't let me file until Feb 14 because it's waiting on several "updates". So far, I only know that my returns have been accepted. I'll believe in your 2019 software when I see my refund in my bank account.
