Have been using this software for more than a decade now and have no plans to change. The time and effort saved via the program is well worth the cost and we've never had any problems filing, with refunds, etc., as a result of the software. Loyal customers we are and plan to continue to be!

A couple of areas were not very helpful- one that I remember was a state tax refund from two different years - it was not clear as to how to interpret the instructions and references to too many other Federal documents.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I normally get the disk in the mail and have uses this software for more than 20 years. That is because I have very good results and it is comforting to know I can get support if needed.

A GREAT enhancement would be to require double entry on major fields. I made several entry errors which could have been avoided if double entry would have been there. On itemized deductions screen for medical expenses it still says 7.5% AGI, this is incorrect for 2019. There were other screens that didn't seem updated with the new tax law changes for 2019. I would only recommend the program to a friend by telling them about the program errors that I encountered.
Cons: Time consuming
