Exceptional TAx Program

I have used this product for many years without any issue surfacing that caused me a problem later on my return. It has important review information to answer any question related to completing a tax return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I just bought it today, installed it and got my tax returns done in short amount of time. Had one issue with 3 (1099R); couldn't get to them because I didn't know I had to select #2 and #3 to get to them instead of seeing all 3 under the same heading.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Proven - have used since 1993. Accurate - no problems with IRS. Detailed - promps to make sure I have all reporting complete. I will be using 2020 software next year.

Although the software worked adequately overall, there were many glitches... Most notably the state return wouldn't print on a local computer, or even using the installed PDF reader... Not sure what happened, but definitely an issue
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
