The software made it so easy to complete my return. The import feature populated most fields for me. I just had to update with current W-2 information.

When it comes for State, you should include its own code so people don't have to call in to get a refund or have special addons downloaded to be able to do state. I've had to call the three previous years before last year I finally said, forget this, paid for state a second time just to file, but forgot to call and get a refund on my second payment of state. Clearing it up with a code for state would help and make less hassle.

I have used this product for years and it continues to do the job while making completing my taxes much more hassle free. Love the audit support (if needed). Would like to see "ask a tax professional" feature included in program. Now that cryptocurrencies are required to be reported by IRS, would like to see more support in program for this. As it stands, just asks you if you invested in crypto to report to IRS but then program stops here and offers no feature to report. All other aspects of program seem to be really well thought out. Recommend!

Excellent tax software for those with investment income in addition to the customary items on a 1040 tax return. Easy to use. Easy to switch from interview to actual items. Easy to Save the return now, a few years back if you didn't do it when you were done, you risked losing your current session. A good fix, thanks.
Because I haven't compared this with anything else, I have no way of knowing if it is 100% accurate, so that being said, I have to give it 4 stars.
