Have been using this product for many years. Easy to use, reasonably priced. Was a little disappointed this year however. I try to complete my taxes as soon as possible to avoid identity theft. In doing so this year, I lost a credit amount as one of the forms apparently hadn't yet updated (I picked up on it after opening my return after the 2/14/20 update). It would be nice if the forms that haven't been updated are somehow flagged so you don't file an incorrect return.
