Easy to use but update was painful

Easy to use, Prior year info carried forward. Had to download updates to file. Both times the update feature in the program did not work. Went on line to get the update. The first time it failed. Worked the second time.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent when you get by the clutches. Program could not locate last years return for import and it took 45 minutes to get to recognize 2018. AGI for 2018 was not correct when supposedly imported

After finishing my Federal and State returns this week I didn't feel entirely comfortable that the software had adequately explained some of the deductions and credits, and it didn't make me sure that I had included everything needed either. I am waiting to see if either of my returns bounce back.
