Very easy to use

I have now used the software for 4 years straight. The software interviews me the same way that an accountant would do. It is very convenient because I am able to import everything from the previous year. The only part that is frustrating is waiting for the occasional updates that pop up sometimes. I have had my identity stolen in the past and this software has really been useful with working with the IRS pin# that I have to use
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

State plus should include the e-file!

I was very disappointed that this version didn't include the e-file of the state tax return. It should not be called state plus if you can e-file the state.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easier to use than ever before

Tax time is fun time now and while I have to wait for all the forms to come in I am able to get taxes done quickly and accurately. The go to search saves me a lot of time as I can skip things I don't want/need to see and the check the tax form has pointed out where corrections need to me made. Good job programmers!

You charges me twice for state filing

My return was rejected due to an incorrect AGI on the previous year and the IRS rejected it. When I refiled it you charged me again when I already paid for you service. How do I get My second back?
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

This is a good (but not perfect) tax program. Probably the best thing is that you can install it in Dec and estimate your taxes. I made a lot of changes in December to save taxes.

Easy to use, great price

I'm a retired accountant, and have have been using H&R Block for the last 6 years. I find the program very using friendly, and accurate. Although my brokerage house offer a different tax program free of charge, I still purchasing H&R Block because of the easy of use.
