Easy to use- the only 'hassle' was in PA state program. I had to improvise and print and scan a 'W2 worksheet' included in the program to attach before filing. It seems the program should have been capable of doing this.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Confusing and misleading

I bought this a month ago and I regret it. missing forms and then charged for state filing when I already payed for it upfront.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
