By far the best and most user friendly platform. I have been doing taxes for years. Switched from Intuit to H & R Block 4 years ago. BEST decision I have made in years. Highly recommend this well thought out and easy to navigate program.

I've been using this package for many years now - and this year I noticed the back button is not functioning the same. You go back but you can't easily go forward - you may end up needing to step back further before getting page that you can step forward (next) with.
Also, you cannot select copy text out of the application, which should be easily supported.
Pros: Easy to prepare

The software is super easy to use. My only complaint is that for 2 years in a row, I could not get the state software downloaded on my own. I had to have customer service send me new links. Customer service was great, but I don't understand why this happens.
