Its too confusing to be easy to use. I've used this and its main competitor and found this one was too hard to comfortably use. It used to be very helpful but not anymore. The RMD was extremely hard to find. I followed each step carefully and still had to go to the internet to find a way to locate where the RMD information was. Same thing with a couple of other items.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using H & R Block Deluxe tax preparation software for many years. I can't calculate the amount of time it has saved. It is very easy to use, keeps my tax records back for all those years, and is very accurate.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have not been successful in submitting either of the 2 I have tried. I have found the questions inadequate and the software confusing and hard to use. Last year I used EZ with no problems. I’m going to try it for mine again to see if I am successful again. Not being able to talk with a person about issues without the possibility of additional charges is a real problem.
