I tried to file my taxes last week but this software would not let me efile until a software update was done this week. Why are they selling this if it isn't ready to use. I will never buy this software again. I will pay the extra for Turbo Tax
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I was anticipating needing to have a professional tax preparation this year due to some major life changes, however, the H&R Block Deluxe software walked me through those spots I thought would have been beyond my ability to understand and before I realized it, my taxes were completed and filed!!! Wow! Just Wow!!!! Thanks

From the fact that you failed to send me a heads-up on availability of 2019 product to the ordeal of using this year's software, this is, by far, my worst experience since TaxCut days. How sad. PA state E-file was almost impossible, minor errors in using last years headings, and failing to print a payment due voucher for my "final" state printout but printing one for the IRSD even though I filed electronically? This is only a sampling. Your people should hang their heads in shame. This is not the H&R Block quality that I am used to and expect every year.

Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
