Crashed after answering the Health Care question

I found it worked about as well as Turbotax which I have used in the past, but I had to work around the program crash. (I have never had a tax program crash in over a decade before this). In spite of the problem, I was able to complete and efile my return today.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using this software in its various generations since the late 1990s. Program works well, updates easily, and the results are complete. However, there are still problems with printing and pdf generation. (been reporting this for many many years. Gave up reporting) This year was the worst. Couldn't find the PDFs. Solved the problem myself.

Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have bought this system for last 5+yrs. It was cheaper than having someone prepare my taxes. I really like how I can see how much I will be getting back or not as I fill out each section. They do a review and accuracy check before they send it off asl well.

Easy to use and follow the Interview Questions

Easy to use and follow. For last 2 years I have had a problem with not being able to show value of IRA's at end of prior year in order to calculate that my RMD's were correct. Keep getting a data warning that says I need to add this value, but luckily its a warning and does not stop you from filing.
