If you're unfamiliar with tax forms, you may find the questionnaire less than clear at times. Also, the limited number of states you can add in box 15 of the W-2 is unacceptable -- if you have more than four states you will be unable to e-file using this software (unlike other software).
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
