Have used this program for years. Easy to use. With questions and answers, it leads you right through how to complete your taxes. There is a help option if you have any questions. No sense in paying for someone to prepare your taxes.

The return was easy to install and follow prompts however I was upset to have to pay twice for my State tax filing! It was rejected the first time because my code was entered incorrectly so when I reentered it I was charged a second filing fee! Beware of this before submitting!

I have used turbo and quicken and of course paper and pencil. Great program. Now, if only you offered a discount for repeat customers for next year.
