IRS rejected my return due to an error caused by a failed update to the H&R software. An update that will not be available until Feb 14. Really?

Program walks you thru nicely. But for some reason did not transfer 2018 correctly information had to find it my own from the 2018 peogram.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Had issues with updating the program this year. Couldnt file state even though i paid for it. Never had this issue in past years but this year was a nightmare for me

I paid to e-file, only to have the IRS reject the tax return due to an error with this software according to the rejection report. And then they asked me to review the software.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
