This is a very good product with one very annoying flaw. The program installation allows one to install the software on the disk drive and directory of one's choice. The problem is that if you install the software on any drive, other than the "C" drive, you can't apply updates to the program at a later date. They will fail to install if the program is located on the "D" or "E" drive, as an example, and there are always numerous updates that need to be applied throughout the year. For this reason, I can only give this product four stars instead of five! There is no good reason why the updates should care where the program is installed in order to update successfully. The consequence of this flaw is that one cannot install the program at all if the "C" drive does not have sufficient room to hold it even if another drive has plenty of room.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Easy to use. I have used H&R Block's product for several years and like the ease with which I can forward data from previous years, especially helpful when carrying capital gains and tax credits forward I have confidence in the results and always feel not only that I have gotten the maximum in refunds, but also understand why.
The program was easy to use and easy to download. I DO NOT appreciate being contacted every other day however for comments and reviews and try this and try that.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

In my earlier review I pointed out that the software will not connect to update servers leaving you to manually update, and that printing appeared impossible as the selector dropdown for a printer and print settings button are inoperable. Here is the workaround:
I added the print pdf software as suggested though I am not certain that is necessary. Bring up the return, click the forms button, then click print. The software crashed when I selected my printer and attempted to print. But selecting Microsoft’s print to PDF facility did generate a pdf that saved to disk. In this way, I printed all documents and worksheets.
