Ok, but a couple of this need improvement

It seemed really strange that it asked me for data from the prior year when I used the same software last year. Maybe this is a security feature but seemed odd and anoying

H&R Block is the best tax program to work with because the software is easy to load, updated, accurate, and reasonable to buy. Plus, their step question process, help menu and system is good and the audit representation available.

Decent dependable program with some great features

Have used H&R block for 10 years. Solid enough program with some great features like charitable donations value estimator. Biggest issue is the State software is NEVER ready until mid-to-late February causing me to have to delay finishing my taxes and filing.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

This program will not allow you to E-File your state returns. Very frustrated.
