I am happy with the tax software, but to my genuine distress the software does not facilitate printing my return. Nor does it give the ability to create a PDF. The select a printer field is blocked out and print settings button is unresponsive.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
