Not happy with the product this year. Would not let me e-file state return due to what it perceived to be an important issue but was, in reality, a total non-issue. Could not readily find a link or site to report this issue or find a work-around. The issue was a missing state tax ID number on a 1099 form, but since there was no state tax withholding, the state ID is not needed. Verified this with the payer and the state tax commission. This payer has never provided a state ID, and the tax software didn't complain until this year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
