Usual good interview format but this year program is glitchy. Repeatedly crashed. Changed bottom line numbers by one dollar the instant after filing.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My only criticism is that it should be made clearer that the deluxe with the state does not mean a free filing of the state. While the description is correct, most people will just skim it and assume it includes the state. They are then very surprised (and upset) to find out it cost more money. I know I personally wondered why I paid more up front only to be charged for my first state filing

My return was reviewed and submitted Feb. 5th. I was highly pleased with the data submission process. Nice shortcuts built in to bring forward last year's data necessary.
One state form was tricky to complete, but I blame the state. lol

Auto information pull is best feature. I first used this last year, and this year it seemed to pull most of the needed information from last years return and on-line with automatic down loads of W-2 and other forms. Made it very easy.
