Basic information worksheet not completed in the interview. Form 1095-A data entry is not included in the interview. Spent two and a half hours on the phone waiting for support to answer my call and then for support to identify how to manually enter the data. Interview has many screens that must be scrolled down to complete yet they allow you to advance without scrolling down. Overall TaxCut is a better tax program
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Disappointing error in the Maryland state program

The program incorrectly calculated the Maryland two income deduction. It included my wife’s Social Security income in the eligibility determination which is a mistake because SSA retirement payments are not subject to Maryland income tax. Very disappointing.
