Easy to use. I would like a package that includes the state e-file. Also, I started the free file, but was not able to transfer my data to the software file once I found I didn't qualify for free file.

So very easy to install and use, My taxes are fairly simple, homeowner, and retired, but I'll always use this program. Much easier to navigate, than the "other" tax program.

For years now the Non-Custodial Parent info doesn't trigger automatically. You have to fumble around to do it manually.
The CD ordering hasn't resulted in my receiving a CD for the last few years.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

The software was fairly easy to use. But, when trying to file electronically, the software had importer the AGI from the previous year incorrectly. This, of course, raised concern that other data might have been imported incorrectly. Having to go back and recheck data was disappointing.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!
