I used the deluxe software and it was very easy to use. I like that it is compatible with importing previous years taxes using different tax software.
The questions which take you through each component are simple to follow along with. The only thing I think they should do is provide more information of each product on their website so you know exactly which product to buy. I was unsure if I needed the deluxe or premium in order to report stock sales. It turns out that if you already know your cost basis for the sale the deluxe version works fine.

Had problems with activation code when I attempted to send my state return in . This morning I have six charges still pending. I did a second return and have the same problem three charges pending.
