This is the second year I have used the H and R Block deluxe version,state and federal. It really simplified my tax return process. It made a few complex simple and saved me a lot of money both years that I used it. I am a very satisfied customer.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents

The instructions are clear and easy to understand. It is comprehensive, easy to get around and easy to understand the instructions. I have never been audited and never made a mistake with this software. I've used it every year for the past decade or so and will continue to buy it! Great product!
