I can't express how easy it was to do our taxes with H&R Block Deluxe. Every entry was explained and easy to understand. You still have the option to contact a person via chat or phone if you get stuck, so there's no reason to panic if you get confused.

Product worked smoothly as it does every year. Perhaps it would be good if HR Block will upgrade the W2 (box 14) information to include 401(a) data, instead of selecting "Other" as a category.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Using the software for 2019 has been the easiest preparation ever. With my state forms the information was transferred from the federal information and there was almost nothing to do to complete the job. Thank you!!
