I tried to install this on the computer I use every year but after paying for it told me my computer was incompatible so I had to reload on a Mac.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This year was worse than last; some required forms were not applicable..ie an interest statement from our Ameritrade accounts..no interest received, hard to remove form, our banks were not in list to import,
1099 for inherited IRA was terrible. Review your software it sucks. I used it 3 or 4 years before and this year was the worst ; took us about 10 hours over 2 days to complete.
