Needed some improvement

It is not easy to navigate to program. It is hard to go back and, check thing to make sure they are right.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used this program for several years with no problems untill now. The program in the reviews does not explain in detail . Also when going though the reviews the figures changed and I had to go back and check again to find out why and rechecked and the figures changed back, I was so unhappy with this. I will buy different tax program nest time, sorry to say.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use. Last year I had my taxes rechecked by a tax person and they found zero errors. I like that you can use the "learn more" option to see if that particular credit or deduction can be used to save money. They also check for errors and tell you at the end what needs to be fixed.

The program did well and was easy to use. My only complaint was that even though I purchased the deluxe plus state. I had to pay for the state efile.

The HSA (health savings account) section is confusing with the questions it asks. Otherwise the program directs you through each section fairly easily. It needs a better way to look at a final tax review of your tax return before submitting it to the IRS.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
