Been using this software for years. So easy to use, I will never use anything else.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Needs tweaking

I have a public pension in Missouri and am not required to pay state tax on it. I was never able to find a place in the program to insert that info.
Also, it would be nice to know if the IRS has accepted our return.

It was very easy to complete. It was also fast. I didn't spend as much time as I thought I would to complete it. I got all but one answer to my questions. but it worked out.
